The room is excellent. Beds are clean and tidy. The only problem I had and I did experience was the last building, one of the last room close to the abandoned hotel. I experience movements in that room. This happened last year when I checked for 2 days, i had to check out the next due to horrifying movements. It's pretty scary. So, Everytime, I make reservations, i ask not book on the last building. which is the staff are very helpful. And I appreciated them for understanding my s

We loved the size of the room and the fact that there were two full baths included! Also, the staff were really attentive and the overall feel was relaxed and welcoming. After checking in, the front desk called to see if our room was to our liking, which was very thoughtful. It is definitely 100x better than a 5 star hotel that has so many restrictions. So, if you're looking for a hotel with huge rooms, soft beds, and a relaxing atmosphere, then book with Garden Villa! 💕🌸🌴🪷🌺

I like how the staff was so accommodating. I love the cleanliness of the room. It’s cold and relaxing. Especially the fluffy pillow and the bed. It’s so comfortable that this is my go to place for staycation. I love how we can cook our food and enjoy a relaxing day with no disturbance. The hospitality and warmth your staff has are awesome. What’s more great is the grocery store your hotel has. We don’t have to drive far to get drinks and foods. Keep it up garden Villa 😁

We like that my daughter's room was on the first floor and able to walk out her patio into the pool area. We really like the multiple beds are great for the sleepover with her friends. I like that there were utensils/knife in the kitchenette which made our lives easier for dining. We like that the Managers take responses and complaints seriously that Ethaniel visited us to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Trash was emptied daily and beds were made. Location is close to everything. I would book there again. Shower water pressure was great. Met our needs, we would be out most of the day, just needed a comfortable place to retreat and rest up when the day was done. Sit's on a hillside, nice views outside.
